SRL Engineering are a small family run business bringing together over 14 years of expertise in the industry to cater to all welding or fabrication needs, whether it be a simple call out repair or contract works.
Our fully equipped workshop based in Hampshire allows us to complete high quality in-house works along with our mobile services which are fully kitted out ready for any on-site welding/fabricating.
We take pride in our craftsmanship, attention to detail and commitment to our customers' satisfaction. Whether it's a small repair, a custom build, or a large-scale fabrication project, we approach every job with the same level of precision and professionalism.

Meet The Team
Rhys Smallman
- Director -
Rhys has been in the industry since his apprenticeship back in 2012 which he carried out in HM Naval Base, Portsmouth, as part of the teams maintaining and repairing the ships. Since completing his apprenticeship he has moved on to work within multiple sectors around the world within the engineering industry picking up many skills along the way. These sectors range from sheet piling, heavy machinery repairs and maintenance, waste repairs and maintenance, pipe manufacturing and installation and more.
The experience Rhys has gained over the years allows him to fabricate and weld a variety of exotic materials which include Titanium, CuNiFe, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Low Alloyed Steels.
Sheree Smallman
- Accounts Director -
Sheree has worked in the construction industry for around 9 years in multiple sectors. The roles varied from Accounts to Health and Safety and she had involvement in many other aspects of the inhouse projects that helped keep the companies cogs turning.
Over the course of time she has completed her AAT, IOSH and SMSTS which allows her to confidently and professionally ensure that the businesses interests are well looked after. Prior to the construction industry, Customer Service was the main roles Sheree undertook which helps our customers experience a friendly and efficient service from us here at SRL Engineering.
