WHICH SERVICE DO YOU NEED?

WELDING
Our welders have extensive knowledge and qualifications in the below processes of welding to ensure the execution of high standards.
These processes can be used for a vast range of materials including structural grade steel, hardened materials and non-ferrous materials (to the British Standard):

MMA - Manual Metal Arc (BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017)
MIG - Metal Inert Gas (BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017)
TIG - Tungsten Inert Gas (BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017)
FCAW - Flux-cored Arc Welding (BS EN ISO 15614-1:2017)
We hold the relevant codings and Health & Safety to allow us to complete welding work wherever required.

FABRICATION
We have immeasurable experience and expertise in fabrication and repair in a large scope of sectors including that of civil engineering, architecture, agricultural and marine engineering. We provide full-spectrum metal fabrication including design, cutting, forming, welding and assembly; whether it's a custom one-off piece or a full structural project.

We specialise in the following:
Heavy Plate Fabrication
Light Plate Fabrication
Pipe Fabrication & Welding

Our fabrication services use a vast range of materials including:
Steel
Stainless Steel
Aluminium
*We can cater for any design queries or specialised fabrication needs.

ON-SITE & EMERGENCY CALL-OUT SERVICES
Our on-site services are carried out using our mobile welding truck which is fully equipped with a 3 phase 15KVA generator and all necessary equipment for all aspects of welding/fabricating works.

We have years of experience in the field of on-site repairs stretching from light to heavy construction and agricultural machinery which allows us to tackle even the most complicated of repair work.

TURNING & MACHINING
We specialise in precision turning and machining services designed to meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Turning is a machining process in which a cutting tool, typically a non-rotary tool bit removes material from a rotating workpiece to product cylindrical parts with tight tolerances. This method is ideal for producing parts like shafts, pins, bushings and other symmetrical components.

Machining encompasses a broader range of subtractive manufacturing processes including milling, drilling and tapping - allowing us to create complex shapes and detailed features on a wide variety of metals.
If you have any queries or requests about our services, please contact us via phone or email and we can advise you in more detail.
